The reasonable disposition of human resources is the guarantee of the long prosperity of electric supply corporation. To carry out career management, and to have the staff grow with the enterprise, is the promotion of human resources management. Upon analysis on the relevant career management theories and the insufficiency of human resource management of electric supply corporation, this thesis gives researches into the managing tactics of electric supply corporation.This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the general arrangement of this thesis. Chapter 2 introduces the contents of career management and the basic theories of career management, including the manpower capital theory, inspirit theory, psychology bargain theory, career choice theory and career anchor theory. Chapter 3 analyzes the necessity and significance of career management in electric supply corporation. Chapter 4 gives the model for career management of electric supply corporation under the situation of electric supply corporation. The last chapter indicates the direction of more study on career management of electric supply corporation.
