Land is very important to peasants. They work on land. They live on land. With the construction of market economy, all kinds of value view have effect on the peasants' value view. The peasants' attitude to the land have changed. In the past they all loved land, but now they have different attitude to land. Through the investigation, the paper analyzes the status of the diversity of peasant's land value view and classifies into 3 different types: land-oriented, land insurance and load. The study research the factors which have effect on the peasants' land value view from peasants' age, sex, education and experience etc. Also, the study think the land system, agro-policy etc. have effect on the peasants' land value view. The land value view influence on the land using. So the land using is classified to 3 different types: investing land using, conservative land using and land on the move. Furthermore, it expatiates on those views' effect on land utilization and makes preliminary exploration to related factors and land using type. So we can get the peasants' land attitudes. The research shows that change and features of those views is an important element to make land policy and promote country labor transfer and urbanization.
