Study On The Mechanism Of Harmony Development In The Process Of Regional Economic Development Of Xinjiang

As an autonomous region populated by minority people, Xinjiang has important status of resources strategy and ecology safety for the economic development of the whole nation, located in northwest border area in china. There has been rapid progress of national economy since the reform and open-up policy more 20 years ago. With further development of the reform, the regional economic benefit that follows and being reinforced continuously causes the distinct difference between areas. It is not only connected with general national economic development, social stability and nationality union, but also connected with national frontier stabilization and peace. Therefore, the study of the mechanism of the harmony development is one of the great strategic issues in the process of regional economic development of Xinjiang and it is also one of the issues requiring extensive research.This paper takes regional economic harmony development as main thread, and begins with the theories about the regional economy difference and the national economy development, analyzes the case of Xinjiang regional economy difference and the causes of the difference, and intends to find the feature and the principle of the change of these differences, from which it constructs the mechanism of harmony development of Xinjiang regional economy to provide the base to the policy-making and the theoretic guidance for the governments.Based on the quantitative and the qualitative analyses, the following conclusions can be drawn.1, The analysis of the case showed that the regional economic difference of all walks of life in Xinjiang is very evident and the difference has still the trend of enlargement in the future.2, By the analysis of the causes of Xinjiang regional economy difference, it proposes the objective and the mechanism causes to the difference.3, To hasten regional economic harmony development of Xinjiang, it must construct the mechanism. This paper explores the momentum, innovation, transfer, microscopically regulation and inosculate mechanism of regional economic harmony development.
