Gap Analysis Of Regional Economic Development And Approach Study Of Harmony Development Of Shannxi Province

With the reform of economic system in china, the central government has no longer controlled tightly over the finance, investment, communication, price, trade and so on. It might be possible for the local government to be provided with essential means to intervene the local economy on deeper level, and to be the economic unit with the comparative benefits and the right of decision. However, during the course of the intervening, some problems arose, for example, the extension of the economic gap in the region of a province, the disharmony between the social development and the economic development, the contamination of ecological environment, as well as the expansion of the gap between the poor and the rich. All of the problems have taken an important part on the functional efficiency of the region and the country in macroeconomy. It is urgent for the local government to reconsider and treat the economic problem from a larger angle. Shannxi Province is the center of society, economy, politics and culture in Northwest of china, of significant part in Northwest of china, even in the whole country. So the study is taken on the gap of regional economic development in shannxi Province under this background.The first chapter is preface. In this part, there is the background, the goal and the meaning of this article.
