The television shopping, by television shopping host' language guiding and products function and features demonstrating, can enlarge the advantage of products by the transmission platform of TV, which made consumers produced the excited purchase desire. We can say, the competition advantage that the TV shopping embodies, no matter to the supplier, or to consumers, has strong appeal. The TV shopping combined with TV media and commerce retail and goods manufacturer, is revolutionary new development management mode. However, with the swift and violent development of the TV shopping industry, there is no synchronous development in the requiring construction of the institutional improvement of the TV shopping and peripheral trade and lacking legal norm, management mainstay confusion, consumer's rights and interests broken in the TV shopping occasionally, which have already threatened the survival and development of the TV shopping seriously.This text by chosen typical cases such as pots of king Mr. Hu, sex worker, Mrs.Zeng in the TV shopping management, introduced the TV shopping's advantage, characteristic briefly in our country's development and existing development model that the TV shopping is different from traditional television advertising, pointed out the soaring price in TV shopping, the poor quality of after-sale service, unreal seriously in advertisement, revealing consumer's identity information in TV shopping, trust crises and so on. This may not only ruin the reputation of the TV shopping, order of TV shopping market seriously, but also damage consumers' interests, which made the TV shopping fell into the vicious circle.This text by analyzed the understanding of development of TV shopping trade of foreign countries, pointed out promoted developing TV shopping from horizontal to longitudinal relation, which included strengthen the TV shopping legislated, setting up the entry system of the trade,trade blacklist withdraw from mechanism and legal construction aspect introduced, etc.
