Since reform and opening, the township enterprises of our country develop rapidly. There appears a group of key enterprises which are of market exploring ability, serve for agriculture and drive the development of goods production, the construction of leading enterprises is the key to realizing the rapid development of agricultural economy. To culture and enlarge key enterprises and to promote the competitive ability of our country's key enterprise is the effective measure, it is a great event of directionality and of overal importance for rural work in the new century and new stage ,which has great strategic significance.There are many factors affecting the competitiveness of the leading enterprises, including external factors and internal factors. External factors contain market environment, policy environment and social environment, internal factors are in many aspects, in brief, they contain the following aspects : science and technology innovation level, management level, human resources, situation, marketing approaches, enterprise managing size, enterprise organization form and managing approach produce, quality and standard the ability of getting information and the adaptability to market changes, credit and service of enterprise.This paper is based on the competitive theory, it analyzes the competitive ability of the key enterprises of agricultural industrialization, it puts forward that the competitive power of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization should be promoted by strengthening the innovation in the several aspects: technology innovation, management innovation and management mechanism innovation and so on.
