At the recent of the marketing economy development, it is the source that civil consumer market has been grown up greatly for most of Chinese enterprise development. According to the marketing competition, enterprise development has depends on the core competition ability that is the management system and constitution much more. Further more, performance management has been the core controlling function in enterprise management and the effective controlling function to the strategy objective for any organization, so it has been more important to enterprise management. The thought and method of performance management has been practiced by most of enterprise in the world, not except for Chinese enterprise. Enhancing Chinese enterprise to the international, performance management will be one of most important management system.The thesis makes practice some of study method, including organization institution design, job analysis and balance sheet of company (BSC), and being exploring and analyzing current performance management system to the TH Co., Ltd, the thesis makes practice to the organization diagnose, organization construction adjust and job analysis. Then on the basis of analyzing the whole performance management system, which is including, from the choice of the evaluation content to the confirming of the evaluation keys, from the performance planning to the performance implement and management, from the performance feedback talking which is face to face to the using of the performance consequence, it designs the performance management system again to the TH Co., Ltd., in order to become the strategy aim , accelerate the grow of the employee. So, the companies can develop continuously.
