Under the economic angle of view, this thesis will analyze the behavior of corruption in transitional China.Firstly synthesizing the theory about human behavior from behavior economics and new institutional economics, the thesis induces "the behavioral analyzing model of human behavior", and applies it in the research of corrupted behavior of public authority. As a result, the text puts forth "the behavioral analyzing model of public authority's corruption". The model argues that the occurrence of corrupted behavior of public authority is the interplay of systematic environment and authority subject and behavior of corruption.Then relied on this model and the new institutional economics, it will go deep into analysis the factors that form the china's corruption, and put up that the disfigurement or blankness of the institutions was one of the vital causes of the corruption, and point out that the negative factor of traditional culture and the restriction weakness of ideology are the factor that form the corruption.
