It is a management system of the central performance to study KPI from the angle based on strategy, expecting to break through and innovate to some extent in this respect?The theoretical foundation in this thesis is the theory method system of performance management, mainly including: key performance index management system, balance scorecard management system and bench marking management system. This text is guide with the basic theories of KPI performance management of foreign countries and the application study of domestic KPI performance management.
