Research And Design Of Performance Management System Of YiBin General Power Plant

Performance management system is the precondition and core of setting up human resource management system of modern enterprises. How to design and set up a performance management system, which is scientific and efficiency, and adapts to the requirement of development tactic of the enterprises, is a pressing and important task for the electrical energy enterprises in the reformation, especially for large electric power plants. In this paper, a performance management system is redesigned from the essential theory of performance management, according to the evaluation and analysis on the original performance evaluation system of YinBin General Power Plant.In the first part, I expatiate and study the meaning of performance, the definition, objective, necessary of performance management, and the status of performance management in the organization strategy and human resource management, and the contents of performance management. At the same time, I assess the crucial factors in the performance management. These theories compose the theoretical foundation of performance management system design. In the second part, I particularly analyze the original performance evaluation system of YinBin General Power Plant and point some problems in it. In the third part, every step was detailed investigated on the base of YiBin General Power Plant. Then redesign the performance management system aiming at its problem of original performance evaluation system. By means of theoretical analysis and practical experience, a suit of more reasonable performance management systemis set up and put in practice. In the last part, the actualization of performance management system is evaluated and summarized according to investigation, measurement and examination in practice. Finally, I presented suggestions and theory probing into actualization of the performance management system.
