| The implementation of ERP system is one of the focal questions which domestic enterprises pay close attention to. There are different management modes at different developing stage in enterprises, and in different ERP systems.The conflict between the exsiting management mode and the model of ERP has hindered the successful application of ERP to enterprise's.So, it is necessary for us to analyze the enterprise's management modes in order to help enterprises to discern their own management mode accurately, choose suitable ERP systems, evaluate the performance of ERP system application, and offer reference for the improvement of enterprise's management mode.This paper adopts the method facing target to prove to management mode and their advance in ERP system on the basis of the thing that documents and materials survey, meanwhile, it is analysed that ERP system application course with convergent management mode of enterprise in the course, define the maturity of enterprise's management mode;then, the author, use a case, propose and prove that ERP system application performance evaluation models based on enterprise's management maturity mode.This paper link closely enterprise management mode convergent course to analyse ERP system application performance. This research shows: The management mode in ERP system can be divided into 12 kinds of three big classes; ERP system application course can be divided into four periods; ERP system appliction course with convergent management mode can be divided into eight stages; Personnel have different responsibility because its role is different in the convergent course of enterprise's management mode. The maturity of enterprise's management can be divided into five ranks; The convergent degree of management mode have sizable influence to ERP system application performance.
