The information technology has advanced by leaps and bounds and caused a new Industrial Revolution. Enterprise informationization becomes enterprise's trend in the world. Information technology and advanced thought of management perfect enormous utility that ERP had of combination of thought already prove by western enterprises. In recent years, ERP upsurge of our country indicates the advanced manufacturing technology has extensive application prospects too in China. Nowadays competitiveness intension and realizing the means has already been different from the traditional meaning of enterprises, the competitiveness of enterprises is set up on the basis of depending on the knowledge , technology more in the future, enterprise become intelligence produce , exchange and economic entity of assigning, the application of information technology become obstacle of development of manufacturing company . ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning ) evolved from the west at the beginning of 1990s, expanded in the whole world rapidly afterwards. ERP regards information technology as the means mainly, integrates advanced modern office procedure and technology, is it stand up to integrate technology , management , personnel of enterprise , is it stand up to integrate reform , reorganization , between transformation and scientific management of technology of organization of mechanism, possess and gather domestic and foreign resources of enterprise to utilize , the ability to give full play to resource benefit, it is enterprise's logistics, the merger means of the funds and information flow. At enterprise procedure, ERP system pay attention to work flow even more , is it realize personnel , financial affairs , make and distribute combination among to flow through work, support the business procedure recombinating (BPR ).
