To ensure the achievement of the long-run strategic objectives, it is always an important issue for the conglomerate to deal with the cultural clashes when they go through the restructure processes through mergers and acquisitions, that is how to fit the new modern concept of management from the old patterns.Based on this fact, the author develops a frame the first two parts of this paper to analyze the mutual relations between the organizational management and corporate culture. Accordingly, it reveals the objectives, principle and contents of corporate cultural development by examining the situation and environment of China and illustrating the case study of Huawei Technologies Company in Shenzhen. As a source of corporate cohesiveness and key element, organizational culture will exercise great influence on its management activities.The third part surveys the case of Delong Conglomerate. It is apparent that corporate culture provides motivation to the success of its long-term strategy, and plays critical role in its strategy development and implementation. Therefore, the author holds that organizational culture must be fit and supportive to the strategy, otherwise, it will fail.Part Four discusses the role and function of organizational cultural building in the stage of restructure through mergers and acquisitions by an empirical study of Hair Conglomerate. In China, restructure through mergers and acquisitions is an important strategic method to conglomerate development, as a result, the great significance of cultural integration must be recognized, and it must be well planned at the beginning. Still, we need to understand that corporate culture is a prerequisite for the achievement of the "Win-Win Through Alliance Strategy" of conglomerates.Finally, the author puts forward some specific suggestions on the implementation of building corporate culture, based on the illustration of such details as the conditions, means and methods to be used in this endeavor.
