Study Of Bid Quoting Under The Bill Of Quantities

After entering WTO, in 2003, construction cost reform exceeded one substantial step finally in our country. It transfers from the conventional ration value to the bill of quantities and further connects with the world trend and the international practices. Correspondingly, it produces the enormous influence to the domestic construction market. Many enterprise can't adapt to the new value mode better because relevant regulations are not enough sound; the exterior environment is not enough perfect; the enterprise strength is limited and so on. This paper aims at the bill value mode in the bid quoting of application. It puts forward a mathematics model — fuzzy-analytical method which quantitative analyzes fuzzy relation between bid target and profit margin. This method is brief and scientific, can reduce experimentalism in the decision course of bid quoting on certain degree. It has some reference meaning to the construction enterprise.This paper brings forward own suggestions on how to handle the method for evaluation of bids and how to quicken market development and to enhance the management supervision, which can be provided as consultation to the bid organization and the enterprise owner. At the same time, some basic strategy and quoting skill have strong and realistic meaning to the enterprise's bids.
