Research On The Evaluation Of Supply Chain Risk In Enterprises

Supply Chain Management, as one of the new management modes, has being successfully used in many enterprises such as General Motors, EK chor lotus, Haier and so on, for its strengths in combining low-cost with production diversities. At the same time, this kind of management mode brings more value and competences as well bring many kinds of new risks to the companies. How can we recognize and evaluate these risks? So the aim of the article is to build a supply chain risk evaluation model. First, we define the supply chain risk, according to the supply chain environment and its operation, we divide supply chain risk in five factors including supply chain environment risks, information risks, system risks, management risks and cooperation risks, and analyze the cause of these risks。By Principal-agent theory and Game theory, we analyze the essential of supply chain risk. Then based on the academic system, we build a supply chain risk evaluation model, by our survey data, we validated the practice of the model, then sum up risk evaluation results in supply chain agreements. In order to assure evaluate risk scientifically, we should pay attention to some problems, such as building union management committee, building information-flow network and supply chain risk management information system, keeping the flexibility of the supply chain, building and developing partnerships in supply chain and so on.
