Study On The Problem Against The Crime Of International Terrorism

The terrorism crime has been paid close attention to by the whole international society. Especially, from "9.11", how to prevent and hit the terrorism crime has been an important issue to the whole international society and any national government. Due to the characteristics of the terrorism crime, international, cross-nation, organized, varied, and seriously harmful, the measures to the terrorism crime usually seem to be behind. And the measures made by some government not only in law but also in other fields are far not effective. The article starts with the definition of the terrorism crime, and reveal its characteristics and harmfulness. By studying its history, social roots and our deeds in law and action, the article also put up with the legal countermeasures from both international and national aspects.The article includes five parts. The first part is the general description on the terrorism crime, which mainly focuses on the concept, constitutive legal elements and some typical crimes. The second part generalizes the history and today' s development, and points its social roots. The next three parts are the main body of the article. The third part discusses the law and actions made by the whole international society and each government. The forth part emphasis the legal countermeasures which the international society should do. While after analyzing the current state of legislation of our country, the last part puts forward the corresponding suggestion and measures.
