Study On The Cadet Leadership Cultivation Of The Joint Curricula Education In The Military Multiversities

Beginning with the definition of leadership cultivation, this paper comprehensively introduction of the student leadership cultivation in the first-class universities, especially in the Amervican first-class universities and US military academies from three aspects of ideal and objection,precondition, methold and implement .Then, exams the current situation of cadet leadership cultivation in our military multiversites. Finally, some suggestions are put forward from three dimensions of conception, institution and operation. All of this is expected to provide some referrence for the study of the "joint curricula education", and improve the quality of the cadet cultivation in our military multiversites in the future.
