Organizational system is the established venation and interaction between the various components of an organization for the attainment of its aim. The appropriateness of its structure directly affects the efficiency of the organization, challenged by the dramatic changes in developing environment; enterprise should have the capacity of improvement and innovation in case of failure in fierce competition. At the age full of opportunities and challenges, any enterprise only changes step by step and innovates its organization structure and government system, so that it can keep the competitive advantage itself and get survival and development continuously. Chinese small and medium scale enterprises have to face the most challenge. This paper, though a retrospection of the history of reform on the DZ Company, makes a profound analysis on the necessity of the structure innovation and the difficulties and blocks at present. An assumption on the structure of the organization of the enterprise is also made in this paper. This thesis researches the organization innovation under new-technology revolution, and focuses our attention on the organizational architecture, so as to offer a method of organization innovation, which has the theoretical value and the practical value. We hope that the result in this paper can make progress in organization research. There are eight parts in this article. The first and second parts are about some researches of the organizational structure, and tells us the concept of some important words: the small and medium scale enterprise, the organizational structure; the and organizational structure reform. The third part introduces the situation of the DZ Company. From the fourth to the sixth part, this article discusses three reforms of the organizational structure, including the changes of the environment around the DZ Company, the principles of the organizational structure, the figures of the organization and so on. The seventh part is about some suggestions of the future to the DZ Company's organizational structure, and it suggests that the DZ Company could develop the two new organizational structures: the Learning Organization and the Virtual Enterprises Finally, the eighth part is about the solutions and advises of this research, which tells us that the organizational structure of the DZ Company is changed according as the environment; and this change is changed like clockwork. And this research also gives some suggestions to the small and medium scale enterprises.
