| Non-leadership position officials engaging in synthesis management class job are research objects in this thesis. It is discussed that the main composition factors of non-leadership position officials job satisfaction and its difference in the population statistic variable aspect as well as its correlations with the work. The goal of this thesis lies in providing the reference for governmental organizations' human resources management.This paper consults Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire revised by Wu Zongyi and Xu Lian cang and revises it through discussing, the factor analysis, reliability test and validity test. So, a job satisfaction scale of non- leadership position officials which containing three dimensions is gotten. As to the work performance scale, this paper mainly relies on the scale developed by Meng Xiaobin. A work performance scale including two dimensions is gotten through revising by the same method as Meng Xiaobin. The research sample comes from some governmental departments including plan bureau, land administrative bureau and finance bureau and so on in Gan Jingzi borough, Da Lian city. Altogether 200 questionnaires are put out, and 184 are taken back. The effective returns-ratio is 92%.According to the investigated data, this article carries on the analysis to the present situation of non- leadership position officials' work satisfaction, and studies the influence of population statistic variable on the work satisfaction; next, it analyzes the present situation of non- leadership position officials' work performance, and carries on the analysis to the influence of the population statistic variable on the work achievements; then it carries on the correlation analysis to non- leadership position officials' job satisfaction and the work performance, and carries logistic analysis.The research indicates that the non- leadership position officials whole locates the ordinary work satisfaction, and there is a positive correlation between the internal job satisfaction and the overall work performance of the non-leadership position officials, and also among their various lays; there is a positive correlation between the external job satisfaction and contextual performance, the same to the external satisfaction and the overall work performance; there is also a positive correlation between the overall satisfaction and task performance, the same to the overall satisfaction and the overall work performance. |
