The Legislation Study On Total Process Management Of Electronic Wastes Based On The Theory Of Circular Economy

Nowadays, the contradiction between the economy development and environment deterioration brought out is becoming acute, especially the electronic wastes becomes more and more serious, which arouses broad concern in the society. While Circular Economy, as a practice of Sustainable Development Strategy, is a revolutionary mode of economy development over the traditional one. However, the electronic wastes management doesn't have enough legislation poling.The paper has a study on how to apply the idea of Circular Economy to electronic wastes management. Firstly, the paper gives a brief introduction of the current situation of electronic wastes in china, then the author summarizes and analyses foreign countries' successful experience in this field. Based on this, the paper putting forward legislation guiding the electronic wastes management through Circular Economy's basic theory and principles, the total process management of electronic wastes should focus on legislation on the base of "3R"orientation, some suggestions which are suitable for China are proposed in the paper.
