Study On Constructing Service Oriented Government Of Chongqing

Being one of municipalities directly under the central government , Chongqing is meeting the best opportunity of development after the entrance of WTO , the construction of the three-gorge engineering project , and the exploration of Chinese western area. To take the advantage of these opportunities , Chongqing government is very important , and its policies ,behaviors, and effects are key factors. A prominent government can improve the environment of investment, stabilize the economic development and promote the social harmony. On the contrary, a bad government may deter the accomplishment of these positive goals. Because Chongqing government has a lot of shortages at present, the reformation of Chongqing government demands continuative promotion.Service oriented government theory is the front line of the research on administrative theories and service oriented government is the tendency of governmental reformation in the world.
