Among them, As the only superpower after the Cold War, the U.S.A. present anxiety and unsettlement at "China's rise", in the U.S.A. "China threat theory " has emerged one by one since the 1990s . Constructivism emphasize status, idea and identity, the theory holds the relations among the nations are constructed in the social practice, they may be the hostile relations, also may be the cooperation relations. Similarly, Sino-America relations also may realize the benign development through both countries' exertTheoretically, China and America don't necessarily move towards the resistance, and the fact which the globalization accelerates also has provided the solid foundation for Sino-America cooperation.
