It is the inevitable choice for the local governments to adapt to the background, Creating public service oriented government, promoting the local economic development from the development of society.LiuZhou, a typical industrial city, her financial income and the growth of GDP is mainly due to the contribution to industry, on the other hand, social development is not very satisfactory.
