Research On The Weakness Of Yaoqian Village Organization And Its Solution

The problem of agriculture, village and peasants is a vital problem in reform -opening and socialism construction; it is also a basic problem in consolidating the communist party governances and the stable of the country. In December of 2004, the central authorities issue several Policies about Promoting the income of the Peasants. After a while, in the government Session, it was proposed that continuing advancing the reform of rural expanses of taxation and that canceling the agricultural tax in five years. The issue of the several Policies and measures fully indicates the most important status of the "Three Agricultural Problem", for both the Party and our country. And, the key of the implementation of the every Policy of the Party and the government lies in the grassroots organization especially the village organization could develop the function that it should have, or not. The Sixth Part suggests some countermeasures to strengthen Yaoqian village organization, such as: regulating the relations between the superior and village organization; building up the management system, improving the quality of the village governors, strengthening the economic function of the village organization, and so on.
