The countryside modernization is an important constituent of the socialism modernization, society's modernization firstly is persons' modernization, therefore, the countryside modernization firstly is peasants' modernization, but peasants' modernization must rely on peasants' organization. The peasants' organization is a condition and process that the peasants act in an organized way, thus, maintain and realize their own benefits. The village governance refers the process and condition of utilizing public authority, which aiming to promote the villagers' public interest, maintain village social stability and construct the good village order. Under the background of the advancement urbanization, the cancellation of agricultural tax, the construction of socialism harmonious society and the socialism new country , to realize the good village governance, we must enhance peasants' organization degree. The main mode of contemporary China village governance is the Villagers' Self-Government t, the peasants' organization can strengthen the village foundation of Villagers' Self-Government, be advantageous to optimize the relations between the village and town and resist villagers committee authority corroding the villagers' autonomy, thus enable the Villagers' Self-Government to implement well. The village of Lin peasants' organization degree is low, the peasants' organization type is unitary and the function is imperfect. To enhance peasants' organization degree, we have to change the government ideas, strengthen the legislation and formulate each kind of rules and regulations, reform the village and town organizations and transform the government function, provide the support on the policy and the financial and enhance the citizen consciousness.
