In recent years, with " three agricultural problems " of our country is more and more conspicuous day by day, especially with the appearance of new " law of land contract" and amalgamation of village, many problems come out. Problems exist in the electoral system of rural villagers' committee such as bribe, the voters are forced by violence or give up electing etc. So they have made some serious lessons and challenges for us.
