In ancient china dynasty Sui, Keju system that select talents by testing competitor's mastering of conFucianism came into being .the system develop continuously and died peacefully in dynasty Qing.Modern civil servant test originate from England , but the United States is the pioneer of the legalization of the public official management, who drew up the first civil servant code 《Pendleton Act》Through analysis of civil servant test we can conclude that the test of civil servant expresses the thoughts and principles of equality, democracy, efficiency and fair competition.The second chapter introduce legal system about civil servant test in our country.
