Villagers' Self-Government means the villagers directly involve and decide the public affairs, which includes democratic elections, democratic Pol icy-Making, democratic management and democratic supervision, etc. And the democratic election is the prerequisite and basis of Villagers' Self-Government. Along with the changes in rural society, the Private Entrepreneurs class has made a great progress, and they have taken part in the political life of the village gradually. Especially in Zhejiang Province, which is famous in individual-owned economy, private entrepreneurs in the villagers' committee election have gradually become a more and more common phenomenon, and take an important impact on the village administration.From the perspective of political sociology, taking SanCun of Town L in Yongkang City (Zhejiang Province) as case study, this article researches on the behaviors of private entrepreneurs in the villagers' committee election campaign.
