Internal Knowledge Share Of Government: Analysis On The Influence Factors And Modes

Along with the development of modern information technology thoroughly,knowledge becomes the key resources for economic and social development. Knowledge management ability becomes the core ability of every kind of organization in modern society. As a public knowledge service organization, government should take right measures to improve it's knowledge management ability especially knowledge sharing level. For this reason, based on general theories of knowledge management, this thesis makes a study on the government internal knowledge sharing behavior and the influence factors and the sharing modes.First, this thesis elaborates the general theories of knowledge management, puting forward the analytical frame of the knowledge share behavior , the obstacle"pyramid"of knowledge share, the"system- network- culture"model of exterior environment of knowledge share. Then,according to the analytical frame, this thesis goes deep analysis to the knowledge share behavior influence factors, knowledge sharing organization foundation, knowledge network structure, knowledge cultural construction etc.,puting forward the correspond counterplan at the same time. Finally, from the angle of promoting knowledge conversion,this thesis put forward various modes of the government knowledge sharing, provides a great deal of government knowledge sharing case.
