British Aspect: British America Relations After Cold War

The ending of the cold war makes the international system structure have a fundamental change, the international system's nature also changes a lot, this kind of "the system change" has the significant influence on the national relations. The British America special relations after World War II as the model of main capitalist country relations,is also influenced by this kind of system change.According to the degree of development,the British America relations after the cold war can divide into several stages:(l) 1990-1997, gradually estranged British America relations;(2) 1997-2001,gradually approaches British America relations;(3)2001-2005, suddenly intimate British America relations;(4) After 2006, walks with difficulty English America relations.Why the British America relations after the cold war had such a condition? The important economical link between both countries still exists, therefore the British and America can maintain a quite close relationship.
