Interpersonal trust, as a kind of unsuspecting attitude or expectation towards humanity, is formed by the interaction when people are faced with an unanticipated affair. Based on the subjects of 189 criminal juvenile Youth Prison of Shandong province, we adopted Kiddie Machiavellianism written by Christie&Geis (1970), Social Support Questionnaire written by Shuiyuan Xiao and Coping Styles Questionnaire written by Jihua Xiao, to study their traits of interpersonal trust, social support and coping styles and the influence of social support and coping styles on interpersonal trust. The results were as follows:(1) The objective factors which affected social support and coping styles seriously was of no effect on the interpersonal trust of the male criminal juvenile.(2) The interpersonal trust, every factors of social support and the positive coping styles (problem-solving and support-seeking) of criminal juvenile was apparently lower than middle-school students; while the negative coping styles (self-blaming, fantasy and rationalization) of criminal juvenile was apparently higher than middle-school students.(3) There was significantly positive correlation between subjective social support utilization of social support social support and interpersonal trust level. And there was significantly negative correlation between fantasy, avoidance, rationalization and interpersonal trust level, while significantly positive correlation between support-seeking and interpersonal trust level.There was significantly positive correlation between subjective social support and support-seeking. And there was significantly positive correlation between utilization of social support and positive coping styles, while significantly negative correlation between utilization of social support and avoidance,rationalization.(4) Avoidance, support-seeking and subjective social support to the interpersonaltrust of criminal juvenile present prediction function. And avoidance was themost important factor which influence on interpersonal trust very well amongavoidance, support-seeking and subjective social support.
