The Research On Construction Of The Service-oriented Government At The Development Zone

With the new situation of the economical globalization and the entrance into the World Trade Organization, if the developing zone wants to win in the severe competition of national and international capital capture as a special region of economical development, which must construct the service government and build a fair, transparent, honest and high efficient environment of government by the standardized governmental service , in order that it can bring in more investments. The article analyzed the premise of theory and the practical foundation of constructing the service government with the beginning of the developing zone and its administrative pattern. It found possible difficulties and problems during constructing the service government and proposed the common measures of constructing the service government in the developing zone.
