Research On The Perspective Of Wei Fang Development Zone For Government Management By The New Public Service

During the 1970s and the 1980s, with the development of the economy, society and humanity as well as the changing patterns all over the world. In some districts of the western countries, there arise several movements to discuss the methods how to achieve the expectations in the local administer of the government in the influence of the theories of the new public serving. The main mission of the movement is to discuss how to build a government in service and achieve the more effective administer in the new situation of the economy and society of the world.With the globalization of the world economy, China has become a member of the World Trade Organization since 2001. In this kind of new tendency, as the major export-oriented economic development area ,the main mission of the development zone is to faster the improving of the management of the local government, in order to construct a better soft environment for the foreign tradesmen. Therefore, we have to provide a complete and standard local service government and build an open and fair managing team with the evident feature of the development area。This thesis tries to use a new visual angle under the theory of the Denhardt's new public service theory, research the various circumstances of the government in the developing of the Socialist economic, especially the economic development of the development area, through the analysis of the development of the China's economic development zone government management , in the background of the Reform and opening up of China. In the process, the author will take the Shandong Weifang economic development zone for the major example, analysis the governing methods the government should take.This thesis is to analysis through the following three parts.
