The Color Revolution breaking out in central Asia — Rose Revolution in Georgia, Orange Revolution in Ukraine and Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan--was considered as another wave of democratization in the world. The revolutions went on peacefully. The interference of western countries in Color Revolution was noticed by the observers. The way of the interference mainly was through the non-governmental organizations.Three revolutions happening in central Asia were analyzed in the paper. They were Rose Revolution in Georgia, Orange Revolution in Ukraine and Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan. And the political and economic conditions of the three countries were introduced as the internal background of the existence of the INGOs in the Color Revolution. The external conditions were also mentioned by the introduction of the geopolitics of the Euraisan area.In the second and the third parts of the paper, the activities, characteristics and impact of the INGOs in the Color Revolution were introduced as a whole and respectively. The Soros Foundation and the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) were studied as two cases study here.As a conclusion, the influences of the INGOs in the three countries were respectively analyzed at the last part of the paper. Furthermore, how to treat the INGOs in China was also mentioned here.
