Research On Administrative Resources Integration Of CCP's Rural Primary Organization In The New Period

As the basis of administration of a ruling party, the administrative resources refer to all the positive factors that can be used. The proper integration of these resources is of great importance in enhancing CCP's ruling efficiency in rural areas as well as in the healthy development of the country and the whole society. With the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, the rural areas have undergone great changes which exit great influences on the integration of administrative resources of rural primary organizations. This paper focuses on the proper ways that the rural primary organizations can use to integrate the administrative resources. The paper can be divided into five parts.The first part describes the purpose of the paper and then talks about the existed research on this subject.The second part clarifies the relationship of several main concepts of this paper.The influences on the administrative resources of rural primary organizations produced by the social changes are examined in the third part.The status quo of the administrative resources of rural primary organizations is analyzed in the fourth part. Later, a case study is presented.The fifth part concerns the ways of efficient integration of administrative resources of rural primary organizations.
