Statement On The China International Police Cooperation: Problem And Countermeasure

Peace, development, and co-operation have become inevitable trends of this era under a worldwide background of multi-polarization, economic cosmopolitanism, and social informationism, which are also three flags held high in Chinese diplomacy nowadays. During the seven years after new century, the world situation is undergoing an anfractuous transition. The development pace of human society is increased dramatically with the development of multi-polarization, economic cosmopolitanism and technology. New conflicts and new situations are emerging progressively. Keeping world peace, promoting corporate development, and enhancing international collaboration are common mission of people all over the world. Facing increasingly frequent multi-nation and inter-nation crimes, the administration power of justice department of single country cannot meet the requirement of fighting against such crimes. In the recent tens of years, it shows that there have been mistakes in the police and justice for criminals to set free if we only care about criminals in our own country. We have to cooperation internationally for working on international and cross-country criminals to build up a detecting environments to justice either citizens or foreigners. The reason to study Chinese international police cooperation is that, we have to find a right way in our experience, look for cooperation with other countries, beat international and cross-country criminals and terrorists and guarantee peaceful developments of world and China.?...
