Research On International Police Cooperation For Combating Transitional Crime In China With Globalization Background

Now globalization is still on it's way, on one hand it improves integration and development of world's economy, on the other hand, it brings transitional crime everywhere. Whether the crimes can be combated or not will directly influence world's peace, security and development. This paper starts from the angle of international relation and gives a research on the globalization trend, transitional crime and international policing cooperation. And it uses the real case to lead in some suggestions on China's international policing cooperation mechanism.This paper is divided into three parts. Part I is the general description of globalization and transitional crime. First, the introduction to the beginning of globalization. Then the interaction between them, and the definition, essence and forms of transitional crime. The rest of this part is used to describe forms of transitional crimes, difference between transitional crimes and international crime,cause and threat of transitional crime, temporary situation, trend and characters and so on. Second part of this paper is mainly about international policing cooperation. First, analysis about its definition, essence, forming mechanism and so on. Then discuss on the temporary situation, trend and prediction. Including its expanding, variation and methods improving. After that, a conclusion is drawn on features of international policing cooperation. Then are professional businesses and law enforcement activities. Finally this part comes to the meaning of international policing cooperation. It benefits work of combating transitional crime, it's operational strategy. The third part is the central part, discuss on China's international policing cooperation. First, about challenge we are facing. Then temporary situation of China's international cooperation within International Police Organization and with neighbors. There are of course some conflicts in international policing cooperation, they are stated in this part. At last some specific measures are given, prospect and design in the future.International policing cooperation is a strong trend that nothing can hold it back. China should get used to it and actively take part in it, contribute to the world.
