Research On The Self-control Community

With the development of Chinese modern society, the construction of Chinese modern city has been improved dramatically. But lots of new issues and situations have appeared during the time of management of base associations. Under the planned economy environment, the management of society used to depend on single company, unit, association, even the industry. After the establishment of the market economy, the liquidity of city residents became more and more frequent, and"unit of person"changed to"society of person". The importance of unit's functions decrease while society's go up. This phenomenon trended the disjointing of former society management, and the model of base management became unsuitable to requirement of market economy. From all above, the construction of city community has developed slightly. So I propose the self-control community . From the self-control community we are not only get great profit but also save the resource we invested at the earlier period. It is significant for the establishment of our society.Taking social reform and politics economic restructure as the background, this article researches the self-control community from the macroscopic angle of the reforming of the society. It combines the theoretical analysis with the real demonstration analysis and carries the analysis on the feasibility of the research plan. It obtains factors which is advantageous or restricted respectively in politics, economic and society on the self-control community. The article addresses some aspects which must be solved urgently through analyzing the success experiences of the self-control community in domestic and abroad. These aspects include: cultivating the idea of citizen society, the transformation of the role of the government in the establishment of the community, the display of various strength in the community, the enhancement of the autonomous ability in the community, the reconstruction of social capital in the autonomous community, and proposing some constructive opinions and the viewpoint for the autonomous community's construction. At all, I hope that the article provides the following research with some basis.
