Currently, the research achievements of government performance evaluation are rich, practice flourished, the organizations of government performance evaluation have set up. However, the theoretical studies of government performance evaluation organization are few. This paper defined the concept and nature characteristics of government performance evaluation organization, Use the organizational learning, the new public management theories and the public management theories and methods to analyze the types, the goals, the functions and so on of performance evaluation organization.
