Nowadays, during global economy integration and international economy development, public governance, together with its relevant theories, has developed as a global issue. As domestic economy develops quickly and governance modes change, the emergence of varied economy cooperation regions also brings local governments interregional public issues and problems that they can not handle alone. As Information technology promotes the innovations of governance modes and measures, researches on regional e-governance will shed lights on how to manage public issues in domestic economy cooperation region effectively.This thesis, from the perspective of public governance, studies the regional e-government theory platform and project platform model. From the perspective of public governance, it analyzes regional e-government through methods of literature and data collection, experience summary, comparative research.A clear definition of regional e-governance will be brought forth firstly, followed by its relevant theories under the perspective of public governance, based on which flow charts of regional e-government implement process will be constructed for a better visual understanding. Then, potential obstacles in future application process will be listed. Finally, this thesis presents its development trend. Through multi-angel/level, cross-disciplines (management, sociology and information technology) analysis and researches, this thesis emphasizes the positive function of e-government on managing cross-region public issues and promoting an all-round, balanced development of regional economic society.Since e-government is newly developed in China without relative established theory system, when it comes to economic cooperation region, there are still many problems to be resolved under the public governance. This thesis just makes some tentative researches exploring e-government.
