Democratic Public Administration-The Reformation Of Public Administration In The Age Of Post-bureaucracy

The theory of democratic public administration formed a relatively mature theory system after rise in the interaction of practice and theory. But there is very few research of democratic public administration in our country. The system of democratic public administration theory is combed in this paper. I try to integrate it into our country's administration development, hope to put forward a little beneficial suggestion for the development of China's public administration.This paper describes the contents, necessity of democratic public administration theory; and then from the critic of bureaucracy system theory analyze the rise of democratic public administration, reason for the existence and the significance of democratic public administration; and on analyzing the foundation of the relation of bureaucratic system theory and democratic public administration theory, get a conclusion of two can existing as a mode of each other refreshing.
