Research On The Problems In Fire Protection In Rural Areas And Corresponding Countermeasures

The construction of a well preformed fire-protection circumstance in rural areas is one of the key items of New Country Construction in the city of Bayannaoer, which is also an important safeguard for the comprehensive realization of our Well-off Society. However, not much attention has been paid to the problems in the fire-protection in rural areas, thus such problems become worse and worse. It is important to find the key points of such problems, to find appropriate solutions and countermeasures and to reduce the gaps between the city and the country.The writer conducts research on the characters, rules and reasons of fires in rural areas based on his solid experiences on supervision and investigation regarding fire-protection and his deep investigations of the existing circumstance of Bayannaoer City. The article general summarizes the problems and their reasons and puts forward an evaluation system with general evaluation level, sub-system evaluation and criterion level using knowledge of statistics and comparison. Eight measures are suggested based on the evaluation of the fire-protection capacity of Bayannaoer City for local governments. The execution of such measures will make great improvement for the coordinate of all aspects of social live of Bayannaoer City.
