The Research On Fire Safety In The Rural Areas Of Mudanjiang

With the deep transformation of the industrial structure and the gradual acceleration of urbanization,there are more and more rural enterprises and family workshops,and the living environment in rural areas is gradually improved and the living standards of farmers are significantly improved.At the same time,however,the quantity of various articles of fire,electricity and gas used by farmers has increased dramatically.Many young and middle-aged people in rural areas go out to work,and vulnerable groups such as the elderly and children stay behind in rural areas,as a result,the probability of fire in rural areas is generally high and it is also generally more harmful.In order to explore the development path of rural fire safety and centering on the important content and basic theory of fire safety,this paper chooses Mudanjiang city as the research object and makes the investigation on the fire safety in this area.This paper analyzes the development status of Mudanjiang city,and gives comprehensive assessment and analysis on its geographical orientation,climate status,fire status,disaster prevention status,rescue and emergency treatment status.By analyzing the basic equipment configuration,regulations,publicity and fire control organization construction of rural fire safety in Mudanjiang area,this paper summarizes various difficulties encountered in the development of rural fire safety and solves the core problems of fire safety in this area.Then this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting the working mechanism of rural fire control safety,strengthening the construction of fire control infrastructure,strengthening the supervision of rural fire control,further strengthening the construction of diversified fire control organizations,and improving farmers' awareness of fire control safety.The study of rural fire safety provides useful reference and reasonable guidance for further strengthening the prevention and control of fire control safety in rural areas,helps to adjust the working mode and investment quantity scientifically,makes urban and rural residents enjoy equal rights,resources and opportunities in enjoying public fire services,and effectively solves the problem of high number of fires and losses in rural areas.
