Studies On The Strengthening Of Rural Fire Service

In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, the material and cultural life of rural residents has greatly improved, which puts forward new and higher requirements of the rural fire service. However, the rural fire often happens, which not only upsets the production and living order of farmers, but also brings a certain influence to economic development and the social stability of rural area. Moreover, to some extent, it restricts the overall process of building of new socialist countryside. The grim situation of the rural fire service has attracted great attentions from the CPC Central Committee and State Council. With the central government increasingly great importance to the rural fire service. All these reflect a high priority has given to the rural fire prevention. In the process of building a socialist new countryside, it is a major issue confronting the fire department as how to do a good job on fire control and how to provide a good environment of fire safety for the new rural construction. Combining the practice of strengthening the rural fire service in Huaihua City, the author puts forward measures on strengthening the rural fire service in respect of fire liability, fire supervision, fire funding, fire planning and fire publicity. Furthermore, some personal ideas are given as how to strengthen rural fire service in mountainous area to contribute to the construction of new socialist countryside.
