So in this article I choose the political participation of peasants on the construction of new countryside subject, in order to find a way to fit the situation of country and effective political participation of the peasants through analyzing the facing problems of the political participation of the construction of the new countryside .Part One in this article, it defines the related concept of the political participation, this is the base and primary of the study. Theoretically, it states the related viewpoint of the Chinese and foreign scholars about the political participation of peasants and classical authors of Marxism and define the concept of the political participation of peasants.
