Research On The Measures To Optimize Chinese Civil Servant's Motivation Mechanism

The writer used the method of analyzing material and practical research in this paper. First of all, the writer reviewed motivation theory in management and economics.Then the writer analyzed civil servant's motivation mechanism in actuality and pointed out the weaknesses, then researched on the basis of the questionnaires of the civil servants in Nanjing.At last, the writer discussed the measures to optimize civil servant's motivation mechanism. The purpose of writing this paper is to perfect Chinese civil servant's motivation mechanism and to improve administration efficiency. This paper has significance on theory and in practice.According to the practical research and relevant theory, the measures in the following were given. Firstly, change the motivation concept. Attach importance to people and keep the principle of fairness. Secondly, optimize the weakness in motivation system and in the process of system implementation.For example, Use the quantity evaluation index and focus on the evaluation about work result. Strengthen the principle of work result in promotion. Add the performance part in the compensation. Optimize the rewards and punishment system in the rewards and punishment condition and process. Lastly, improve the motivation measures.Use the motivation measures in the management flexible.The innovation of this paper is in the following aspects:First of all, practical research was done in Nanjing. A part of civil servants in Nanjing were interviewed and did questionnaires.Through the practical research, the author knew motivation mechanism better.Secondly, the author analyzed motivation mechanism in three aspects and provided the measures comprehensively.At last, the author analyzed with different subject knowledge,not just in politics.
