A Studying On The Civil Servant's Motivation Mechanism

Motivation can improve people's enthusiasm and working enthusiasm effectively. In recent years, our government has implemented a series of motivate measures to the civil servant, and made corresponding effect. Because motivation mechanism is not perfect, it fails to reach the anticipated result On the basis of analysing current civil servant's motivation mechanism , this thesis has draw lessons from the classical principle of the motivation mechanism, proposed the imagination of setting up civil servant's motivation mechanism of our country, and ensure the measure implemented. The thesis has also emphasized the principle and method, in order to give the reference to the effective encouragement of the civil servant This thesis is divided into four parts: On the basis of analysing that encourages general meaning , first part describes the meaning and function of the civil servant's motivation mechanism, proposes studying and implementing a civil servant's encouragement should draw lessons from the relevant theory about encouraging of discipline . The second part analyses the effect in motivation mechanism as well as the defect and reason that the motivation mechanism exists. The third part probed into the condition that civil servant's motivation mechanism structures and by way of system, thus summing up the principle and method of summarizing the civil servant's motivation mechanism of our country. The fourth part have mainly probed into the countermeasure that civil servant's motivation mechanism is implemented, suggesting that the effective operation of civil servant's motivation mechanism should deepen the administrative system reform and perfect the administrative supervision system.
