Under the Planned Economy System, management performance and efficiency of Institutional Unit few causes the concern of the organizer and governor, but along with the establishment and perfect of Socialism Market Economy System, Institutional Unit turns to market and enterprise operation gradually, which is an equal with the market position of enterprise of, and the quality of its performance relates to the existence and the development of Institutional Unit directly. Therefore, it's necessary to carry on Institutional Unit's performance evaluation. Because of these situations which mentioned above,â… choose this title for my Master thesis "Research on Institutional Unit's Performance Evaluation", in order to find out a way to enhance the performance service of Institutional Unit of our country.This text is mainly divided into four aspects: The first part mainly elaborates our country's Institutional Unit development, and the necessity and the viability assessment to Institutional Unit's performance evaluation; The second part mainly defines the concept of performance and performance evaluation, Institutional Unit and Institutional Unit's performance evaluation, and elaborates the theoretical basis of Institutional Unit's performance evaluation, such as the stakeholder theory, the principal-agent theory, and the owner theory etc.; The third part mainly clarifies the construction principle, evaluation method, and evaluation index sign etc.; The forth part mainly makes use of misty comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the university and college, discovers its problems and puts forward suggestions.
