How to manage township is always the basic problem of our country governmental administration .Since 1990s, for administrative and financial crisis, township governance of the economy undeveloped area has often involved in the managing predicament and occurred some new problems.Gaolan county is the economy undeveloped western area. Agriculture is its leading industry.
