A Research On The Relationship Between The Multiplicity Of Farmers' Livelihood And The Layout Of Countryside Residential Area

The problem of rural area,agriculture and farmers has become the most arduous and heavy task in building the well-to-do society in our country. The research on the problem of rural area,agriculture and farmers has already caused concerns about a lot of scholars of in the homeland, but these studies seldom synthesis analysis the triple. With the further studying and the implementation of countryside residential area improvement, the first-hand data becomes more and more important to find the relations or rule between the humanity live and countryside residential area land condition which is more concrete of relationship between people and land. Depend on this view, which wish to provide certain reference for the research on the relationship between people and land in residential area.The livelihood and the housing are the most foundation part of the problem of rural area,agriculture and farmers .This article is the research about farmer livelihood multiplicity and the countryside residential area layout, which has chosen 202 peasant household in four sample town as the investigation object in FengDu county. The research indicated that the livelihood is the basis of the farmer survival, the housing is the survival safeguard.At first, the article introduces the background, purpose and meaning of the theme, and the research development in domestic and foreign. Then it reviews the reason for choosing the target area, the data origin, the research methods, and the technical route and summarizes the person-land coordinated theory, the motive theory and the theory of sustainable development, and points out the guiding sense of various theories. Then The article mainly analysis the investigation data about the farmer diversification livelihood and the residential area layout. Based on the analysis, the article studied the influences of the residential area layout to the farmer livelihood multiplicity and the influences of the farmer livelihood multiplicity to the residential area layout further.This article draws following conclusion through the above research:(1) The peasants choose their house's structure and location according to the different livelihood way. The peasants who depend on the traditional grain - - pig pattern as the main livelihood way, they chose house location just for the convenient living; For farmers engaged non-agricultural production, their house's structure and location are nimble, this is mainly decided their livelihoodway.(2) Infer the number of local resident livelihood way from the distribution degree of the residential area layout. Based on the investigation, the village what occupies more scattered, their farmer's livelihood ways are more unitary and tradition. When the residential area achieves certainly dimensions, the simple non-agricultural livelihood way will have to appear slowly, like family small workshop, family small side occupation and so on. Along with the further expansion of the residential area dimensions, the livelihood way which the farmer may choose increases gradually, at the same time, the non-agricultural production also starts to evolve various professional communities, which leads to the farmers' living standard to advance gradually.(3)Because the less foresightedness' and plan, most of the past residential area layout could not adapt society's change. Because the change of residential area layout is difficult, and the first inhabited area that farmers had chose can't along with society's development, so it must be a long time to make the residential area layout and the farmer livelihood way adapts .For this, the scientific plan is significant to the countryside's fast development.(4)The multiplicity livelihood and the residential area layout both promotes and restrict each other. Although the change of farmers' livelihood can lead the change of the residential area layout, and the change of the residential area layout can lead the change of farmers' livelihood, but if the original livelihood can't change it will be the restriction about the residential area layout, otherwise is also the same.
